HouseLively offers a 14-day return request period from delivery. Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the item you want to return. Send the item back within 14 days after notifying us.
Contact us before sending anything. We will provide the correct return address and instructions for your item. Depending on the product and the authorized arrangement, this may be a supplier facility or a HouseLively return location. Do not send a parcel to a supplier, a dispatch address or our business address without our instructions. HouseLively handles your return and refund; your rights under this policy do not depend on whether a supplier reimburses us.
Items should be unused and in their original condition, with all included pieces and original packaging where possible. You pay the direct cost of change-of-mind return postage. A return may require international shipping; contact us before ordering if you need to check the return route for an item. We may make a reasonable deduction for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us arrange the right solution. We will provide instructions and cover reasonable return postage where a return is needed for a damaged, faulty or incorrect item. Do not arrange a supplier return independently.
Refunds are made to the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days after you notify us. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first. A return of the whole order includes any original standard delivery charge. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.
You can request cancellation before fulfillment through your customer account or our contact page. After fulfillment, the return process applies.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
