Pieces marked Available now can be ordered for eligible US delivery. Pieces marked Coming soon are not available to order yet.

US delivery

Shipping is included in the displayed US price for available offers within the contiguous 48 US states and Washington, DC only. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses are currently excluded.

These pieces are supplied to order. We arrange dispatch with the supplier after your order. Each product page and basket identifies the shipment origin and any route restrictions. Items may arrive separately. China-origin shipments may incur import duties or carrier charges payable on delivery; shipping included does not mean those charges are covered.

Some routes require a physical street address and do not serve PO boxes. Some routes have limited tracking; the applicable product and basket notices identify these limits. Supplier processing and transit estimates are separate and are not guaranteed. We do not guarantee arrival by Halloween or any other particular date. Review your destination, quantities, item prices and total at checkout before paying.

Please check your address and selected quantity carefully. For a delivery question, email giovannicallebaut.freelance@gmail.com with the item name, quantity and destination postcode.

14-day returns

To request a change-of-mind return, email giovannicallebaut.freelance@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and the item you would like to return. We will provide return instructions for our merchant address in Gent, Belgium. Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.

For a change-of-mind return, keep the piece unused and in its original condition, with its included contents and original packaging where possible. Handle it only as needed to inspect it. A reasonable deduction may apply for damage or diminished value caused by handling beyond inspection. Return postage is your responsibility; this may involve shipping from the United States to Belgium.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact giovannicallebaut.freelance@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the item and packaging can help. We cover reasonable return postage where the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, and will provide instructions. Keep the item and packaging while we arrange the appropriate remedy.

Refunds

Applicable refunds are returned to the original payment method. We process them without undue delay and within 14 days of your return notification. We may withhold a refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that you sent them back, whichever comes first. When the whole order is returned, the refund includes the original standard delivery charge. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
